This website is operated by OLAYZ, 10 Victoria Park Parade, Zetland NSW 2017, Australia. By visiting our store or buying from us, you agree to these terms.

1. Using our store

You must use this store lawfully and not misuse it. You must be at least 18 years old, or have the permission of a parent or guardian, to place an order.

2. Products and pricing

We try to display colours and images accurately, but colours may look slightly different on different screens. Prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. We may change prices and promotions at any time, but changes will not affect orders already confirmed.

3. Orders and payment

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline an order, for example if an item is out of stock, if there is a pricing error, or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order after payment, we will refund you in full. Payment is processed securely at checkout.

4. Shipping, returns and refunds

Shipping is described on our Shopping & delivery page and returns on our Returns & refunds page, both of which form part of these terms.

5. Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under that law.

6. Intellectual property

All content on this site, including the OLAYZ name, logo, text and images, belongs to OLAYZ or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without our permission.

7. Limitation of liability

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, remedy or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including under the Australian Consumer Law. You retain any applicable rights to compensation for reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
