Shipping from Sydney
All prices below are in Australian dollars (AUD). We aim to dispatch orders within 2 business days. Delivery time depends on your destination and the carrier; dispatch time is separate from transit time.
Australia
Standard delivery is $10.50 per order. Buy 2 or more pairs for free Australian shipping, with any combination of models and colours. This combines with our second-pair offer.
International delivery
- New Zealand: $24.90
- United States: $34.90
- United Kingdom and European Union: $39.90
These rates cover standard shipping and packaging. Free shipping on 2+ pairs applies to Australian delivery addresses only. Available delivery options and the final shipping charge are shown at checkout. We currently accept orders to the destinations listed above.
Tracking and delivery
We will send tracking details when your parcel is dispatched. Delivery estimates are not guarantees; customs clearance, public holidays and carrier disruptions may add time. If your parcel is delayed or appears lost, email us with your order number so we can investigate with the carrier.
International duties and taxes
Import duties, taxes and customs or handling charges may apply in your destination. Unless explicitly collected at checkout, these are not included in our shipping fee and may be payable by the recipient. Contact us before ordering if you need help understanding the delivery options.
Sydney pick-up
Pick-up in Zetland is by arrangement. Please contact us before placing an order to confirm availability and a collection time. Do not travel to collect until we confirm your order is ready.
Your delivery details
Check your address carefully before payment. If you spot an error, contact us promptly. We will try to make changes before dispatch, but cannot guarantee changes after the parcel has been handed to the carrier.
Returns and what is included
A soft pouch is included with every pair. We offer 14-day change-of-mind returns for unworn items; read our Returns & refunds page for conditions and your statutory rights.
